Admission Requirements
- Completed application form + $10 USD non-refundable application fee (maximum $30 per family).
- Immunization record and birth certificate.
- Latest report card or test scores.
- Two passport photos and one manila folder.
- Placement exam and interview.
Registration Fees — All Students
- Registration Fee: $10 USD one-time.
- Annual Deposit: 6,500 LD.
- Paid before admission or re-registration.
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Deposit secures student placement.

Book Policy
- Grades K1–Grade 3: Books are included in tuition.

After-School Study & Optional After-Care Pilot
- After-school study class is included in tuition and provides academic support and supervision.
- K1–K2: Once per week.
- Grades 1–6: Twice per week.
- Each session lasts 1 hour.
- Optional After-Care Pilot, if approved/available: Monday–Thursday, 2:10 PM–4:30 PM.
- Eligible ages: 5–10 years old, K1–Grade 3 only during the pilot phase.
- Students remain in assigned classrooms or approved school areas; no private residence access.
- Staffing requirement: 3 staff on duty — 2 teachers and 1 security officer.
- A simple snack will be served during after-care.
- After-care is separate from tuition-included study class and may require an additional fee.
Late Pick-Up Policy
- Regular dismissal includes a 30-minute grace period after school dismissal.
- Late pick-up beyond 30 minutes incurs a 200 LD fee.
- After-care dismissal has a 15-minute grace period after 4:30 PM.
- After 4:45 PM, an after-care late pick-up fee of 300 LD may apply.
- Repeated lateness may result in a parent-school conference and may affect after-care participation.
Payment Structure Summary
- All students pay the $10 USD registration fee one time and the 6,500 LD annual deposit.
- Tuition: K1–K2 is 27,000 LD/year; Grades 1–6 is 26,000 LD/year.
- Tuition is paid in 6 cycles per academic year. Payments are made during each academic period, not at the end.
- All tuition payments should be made by Mobile Money as much as possible.

- Parents/guardians should keep confirmation messages or receipts as proof of payment.
- Other fees, as applicable, include uniform, P.E. fee, graduation fees, entrance test fee, and book contribution for Grades 4–6 only.
Final Note: This structure is designed for affordability for parents, stability for school operations, timely payment of staff salaries, and quality education delivery.
